<section style="white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: 2px;">省住建厅相关负责人表示，住宅工程占我省房屋市政工程约70%，是行业监管重点。近期关于住宅质量的投诉有增加趋势，去年，武汉市累计有近3000起关于住宅工程质量的投诉，今年上半年已超过1500起。“投诉的增加不代表住宅质量在下降，而是代表群众对品质的需求在提升，希望通过新版‘两书’的推行，倒逼建设质量的提升。”</span></section>
