我年前才住进新街，因为常年在外地工作，我们小区的物业也没把我拉到业主群里，对我们小区的事也一无所知。今年6月份大雨外墙渗漏导致屋内受潮发霉，物业也是简单的找人对外墙进行上胶处理，之后便不了了之了，我们是投诉无门啊。
