这才是真正的利民政策,不过一定要监督落实才有用,国家可以成立专门的监督机构才有效果 城市道路本来就拥堵，两边再把车一停，行人，机动车和非机动车就都跑到中间车道混行了，更容易出交通事故。可以把比较宽敞景观树之间开发出来作为停车区，像上面图片上的双向四车道不适合划停车线。
