有个毛用，第一永远没有指标第二定的收入太死很多月薪有个三四千的也买不起房子，但是又不符合这个该死的居住条款，第三低收入住进去哪天突然涨了点工资刚刚超过这个条款了你还得马上滚蛋不说还得租房，所以宁愿相信世上有鬼也不要相信住建部的这个嘴
