2021年8月仙桃商品房成交746套，住宅均价约5870元/㎡！

8月仙桃楼市总成交情况 

2021年8月销量公布,仙桃全市商品房成交746套，环比下降约29.69%，同比下降约55.99%；销售总面积约84226.69㎡，环比下降约33.47%，同比下降约56.34%。

2021年8月仙桃土地出让结果公示，土地总出让面积共计82156.98㎡，共计10495.94万元。2宗商服用地，分别位于彭场镇建设下街东侧和龙华山办事处沿河大道东侧，均为仙桃市城市建设投资开发有限公司所得；1宗工业用地，位于干河街道办事处三一八国道南侧，为仙桃市开利无纺布制品有限公司所得。

本来房地产就不景气，现在不存在捂盘惜售了，有好的房源都是赶紧卖，边角料拿出来特价而已城南板块好地段几个大楼盘房子基本售馨
