这个不用怀疑。元泰B区（我是B区业主）临时用电2年也是免费的。后来正式通电重新换表接入供电公司网络才开始收电费。 天涯何处在 发表于 2021-9-23 08:18

这个才叫有实力，但不正规，官方回复，在我这个行业内人士看来完全是自己打脸，小业主都入住了，那肯定是要有交房的手续，那满足交房条件之一，就是必须要有《竣工验收备案表》，那么问题来了，竣工验收合格的前提是必须要正式电送电验收完了才能做竣工验收，那么现在正式电都没有，就把房交了，这个房企是真牛逼，明显不合规。还说临时电物业免费提供，感觉小业主占了好大便宜，实际在用电高峰期就会供电不稳定，供电质量不行。
