 据悉，该地块项目总面积从原有的167624.00㎡，变为172505.19㎡。 

除住宅建筑和社区邻里中心外，此次计划中还规划有幼儿园、未成年人活动场所、社区综合服务中心、社区居家养老服务设施、公厕、垃圾收集站、物业管理用房和配电房等。

 从2020年版本的现方案指标还可看出，建筑密度由31.61%变为33.41%，绿地率由26.10%变为30.11%，总户数由1223户变为1064户。

 值得一提的是，在调整方案中，专门划分了体育健身设施用地，面积达1030.00㎡，做到人均不少于0.3㎡。

此外，还拟建机动车停车位1134辆，包括地面停车411辆，地下停车723辆。新增非机动车停车位1066辆，包括地面停车814辆，地下停车252辆。

 沔阳小镇·雲野梦田位于仙桃、排湖双“城”之芯，毗邻省道455和城市主干道——沔州大道。项目依托百里排湖浓郁的水乡特色，规划占地面积10000亩，定位为以旅游配套和服务为目的的新型文化旅游小镇。项目按照"一轴五区、一体两翼"的总体规划，分五期进行开发建设。 

总体规划以"三生合一(即生产、生活、生态合一)"的理念，精心梳理和重构排湖水系，着力还原和提升平原水乡风情，以新开挖的凤凰湖为中轴线，采取一线串珠方式连结五大板块。将特色小镇、养生休闲、水乡度假、佛禅养心、文创乐园融为一体，形成一个涵盖文化旅游、休闲度假、特色美食、水乡特产、休闲农业、科普教育的休闲度假综合体，全面兼容"食、住、行、游、娱、购"等功能业态。
