vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 43px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">一、各经营主体要严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》《关于商品和服务实行明码标价的规定》《禁止价格欺诈行为的规定》等价格法律、法规及政策，自觉增强社会责任感，切实加强价格自律管理。遵循公平、合法、诚实信用的定价原则，为消费者提供价格合理的商品和服务。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">同时要着力规范景区内所有餐饮、零售摊点和停车场所的价格行为，不得违规设置“园中园”门票等形式变相提高门票价格、捆绑销售、不按规定明码标价、不执行规定的优惠措施、价外加价、强制代收费用等违法违规行为。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify; vertical-align: inherit; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">开展促销活动时，要认真规范降价、打折、返券、赠送等促销行为，不得利用虚假或者使人误解的标价方式，诱导他人进行交易；不得虚构原价、虚假优惠折价；有价格附加条件的必须如实标示，馈赠物品的必须如实标示馈赠物品的品名、数量等。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify; vertical-align: inherit;
