color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> <strong>一、提倡文明祭扫。</strong>在外亲友提倡不返乡、不跨区域祭扫，可选择网络祭扫、居家追思、代为祭扫等绿色祭扫方式。省外来仙返仙祭扫人员需持48小时核酸检测阴性证明和核酸“落地查”证明进入墓区。市内倡导错峰祭扫、预约祭扫，现场祭扫尽量减少人数、减少驻留时间，避免人员聚集，营造平安、便利、文明的祭扫氛围。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> <strong>二、实行预约祭扫。</strong>4月1日至4月6日，市皇河故园采取预约、错时、错峰祭扫，所有进入皇河故园扫墓人员，须提前一天网上预约(每日8:00至17:00)，行程卡带※号人员不得进入墓区。预约方式为：登录仙桃市皇河故园管理所公众号，点击下方“客户服务”，进入“预约祭扫”，实名预约。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> <strong>三、减少聚会聚集。</strong>清明期间减少聚会、聚集等社交活动，不参加大规模聚集性活动，少去人员密集的场所，时刻保持良好的个人防护意识，养成随身携带口罩，科学规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持安全社交距离的卫生习惯。清明踏青尽量选择自然风光类、生态类等空间开放、通风条件好的场所放松心情，防止人员聚集扎堆，做好个人防护，降低感染和传播风险。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> <strong>四、做好健康监测。</strong>建议非必要不远行，确需出行要提前规划路线，合理安排交通工具，避开中、高风险地区。密切关注目的地疫情动态及防疫政策，提前做好防疫准备。返程人员注意健康监测，密切关注家人身体状况；一旦出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛等症状，应立即佩戴医用口罩，前往医疗机构发热门诊就诊，并如实向接诊医生告知旅行史。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;
