这个编制是干什么的？
有可能根本就没有编制，只是个工作岗位而已，别想多了… 改善农村人居环境，责无旁贷。 干不好就撤职，让有能力人来。 二级主任科员，没编制? 我代表人民建议；河湖长，道长，清洁办责任重大，要专人专职，不能兼职。
