老师每个课时讲什么都是事先定好了的，安排在这个时间点讲，肯定是先前什么特殊情况给耽误了，老师何尝不想坐在讲台上看孩子们做作业，自己还舒服一些。我儿子的初中老师，不管是不是他的早中晚自习，他都扎在学校，时不时像个幽灵一样出现在教室里，这是孩子们对他的评价，体育课，初三的时候她都跟着一起上，哪个孩子哪一项弱一点，都用笔记着，那时候没有微信，电话通知家长到学校面谈，中考结束的时候，全班只有一个人没考上高中，20多个人考上了一中，为了孩子，相互理解吧! 以前接伢放学的时候，总听见一些家长在人群中骂，这个死老师，死喜欢拖堂，每天都比别人出来的迟，问过教小学的老师，她说她们也不喜欢拖堂，课堂上，有些孩子不听话，就把时间给耽误了，只有拖堂才能讲完，每一天都有新的课时安排。 现在老师为了补课都躲到偏远的地方去了 没办法，内卷嘛，不参加内卷就落伍，都舍不得小孩输在起跑线，毕竟读书总是小孩最好的出路 风险提示好，但能否关闭呢？ 建议我市全部取消所有校外培训机构 常春 发表于 2022-5-18 15:58

那个学校？叫什么？我打算送伢克学 对于补习，有人反感有人赞成，我个人觉得倒没有多大的影响。有一次我做人口普查的自愿者，到小区内一家老师开的私人托管去看了，100多一点平方的房子，居然住着好几十个孩子，那个看了才叫触目惊心。我不知道监管部门在哪里，几十个孩子蜗居在那么狭小的空间，且不说对孩子的身心健康造成的影响，要是发生火灾啊、踩踏啊等事件，那绝对是黑死人的大事。强烈建议相关部门把监管的重点放在这种严重影响孩子们身心健康和人身安全的家庭托管上来，这才是真的为了孩子。 拉风男人 发表于 2022-5-18 19:02

可惜教育局的同志永远“看不到”这些，走走过场罢了 从老师角度来看，当然是工作越轻松越好，义务教育又不怎么考评，即使考评，对老师收入影响很一般。
小学晚托管很好的协调了“老师强制补习”与“孩子回家没人管”之间的对冲问题。
