市纪委监委通报5起澄清正名和诬告陷害典型案例

font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>2021年10月，群众匿名举报彭场镇中岭村支部书记、主任彭某某套取菇珍园征地补偿款、冒领中岭工业园征地补偿款，在2021年村“两委”换届中欺骗、贿选等问题。经查，菇珍园自2013年开始征地，三年内共征地三期，均不在彭某某任职期间，中岭工业园征地，都是镇政府与中岭村签订征地协议，资金由镇政府拨付给中岭村。2015年底，镇政府对中岭工业园征地情况进行了全面清理结算，未发现村干部冒领侵吞补偿款的问题；2021年，中岭村“两委”换届，选举委员会主任、监督委员会主任分别由老书记王某某、老干部付某某担任，该村多次召开老党员、老干部会议和党员群众代表会议征求意见，并按要求发布公告10多次，整个选举过程严格按照程序推荐、选举村“两委”干部，没有欺骗、贿选的情况。群众匿名举报问题不属实。2022年4月28日，彭场镇纪委在中岭村召开会议对该起不实举报进行了公开澄清。</span></p><section style='margin-top: 10px; 这些承包的钱都进了公家账，村里支配不了，只是给村里增加了集体收入，这个收入村里也支配不了，非用不可的话，要很多镇领导签字才能。 静心、思远 发表于 2022-5-18 15:54
