min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em;'>　　此前两天，49岁的龚翠兰参加了市教育局组织的遴选笔试，夺得小学语文组第一名。根据选拔规则，按成绩排名依次公开选岗，龚翠兰选择了离家最近的实验三小。</section><section style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em;'>　　和龚翠兰一样，全市190名乡村教师通过报名、资格审查、考试、公示、选岗、调动等程序，幸运地调到城区学校任教，并于昨日上午陆续到新校报到。</section><section style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em;'>　　此次 “公开公平公正” 遴选使众多乡村教师受益。7月19日发布公告， 7月24日完成报名、核查，随即公示、考试，考试结束后异地阅卷。公开选岗环节在多部门全程监督下进行。入围的190名教师依据考试成绩，对照遴选方案确定的22个学科、190个岗位，分学段学科，一人一岗按成绩排名依次现场选岗，现场开调令。</section><section style='clear: both;
