你们不知道骨头有多香多美味{:216:} {:225:}{:225:}{:225:} 忽悠鬼吧，还同比上涨，把大家都当勺 仙桃人都这么有钱吗！为什么我身边很多人今年合适的工作都没有？着一平方的价格仙桃有多少人一个月不吃不喝能买一个平方呢？？摆明了敲骨吸髓吸干净几代人。。。 均价确实是一个好词，
去年A小区卖了100套，均价500元/平，B小区卖了100套，均价100元/平，那么去年均价是300元/平；
今年A小区卖了4套，均价450元/平,B小区卖了1套，均价100元/平，今年均价是380元/平，房价暴涨26.67% 哈哈。。。 全国到处都是烂尾楼，武汉的房子降价都卖不动，我大仙桃的房价还涨了？
如果仙桃的房价真的涨了，作者请解释一下，为啥仙桃最近两年都没有开发房拿地了？
