max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;'>人体血液随时都进行着新陈代谢，正常情况下，每人每天约有40毫升的红细胞衰老死亡，同时也有相应数量的红细胞新生，以维持人体新陈代谢的平衡。即使不献血，它们也照样老去。按规定献血，可促进人体血细胞的新陈代谢，增强免疫力和抗病能力，还会刺激人体造血器官，促进造血功能。献血后失去的水分和无机物，1~2个小时就会补上；血浆蛋白质2天内就能得到补充；失去的血小板、白细胞和红细胞由于造血功能增强，也将很快得到恢复。</span><strong style='outline: 0px;
