border-top-color: initial; visibility: visible;"><p style="text-align: justify; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;">广大市民朋友：</span></p><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> 当前，国内疫情呈现多毒株、多链条、多点、多地交织传播的复杂态势，省内相关地区也相继出现新冠疫情，加之中秋、国庆临近，人员流动频繁，聚集活动增多，全市外防输入压力增大。为有效控制和降低疫情传播风险，坚决维护人民群众生命健康安全，现就有关事项公告如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> <strong>一、主动报备行程。</strong>来（返）仙人员抵仙前，应至少提前3天向社区（村）、宾馆酒店、企事业单位等目的地报备，了解我市疫情防控政策，并按要求自主申报行程信息，配合落实各项防控措施。一是登录“鄂汇办”APP——健康码——自主申报进行报备；二是登录“支付宝”APP——湖北健康码——自主申报进行报备；三是登录自主申报网址进行报备：http://wjwsqpczdsb.chutianyun.gov.cn:16096/communityz/。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> <strong>二、遵守管控政策。</strong><font color="#ff0000"><b>所有市外来（返）仙人员需提供24小时内核酸阴性证明或已采样证明，配合做好“落地查、落地检、落地管”工作。</b></font>有中高风险区旅居史的来（返）仙人员按要求落实相关健康管控措施。居家健康监测期间不外出，社区健康监测期间尽量减少外出，外出时做好个人防护，不得参加聚集性活动，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往网吧、影院等密闭、半密闭场所。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> <strong>三、定期核酸检测。</strong>如前往机关企事业单位、商超、农贸市场等公共场所，要规范佩戴口罩，配合做好测体温、扫健康码、查行程卡，并持有5天内核酸检测阴性证明。进出酒吧、KTV、台球室、足浴店等室内密闭娱乐场所，参加会议、培训等规模性活动，进出医院（非急诊）等落实查验48小时核酸阴性证明。市外来仙旅游人员进入景区景点和入住酒店查验核酸“落地检”和48小时核酸阴性证明。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> <strong>四、减少聚集活动。</strong>不组织、不参加大规模聚会、聚餐活动，避免到人群密集或通风不畅场所。鼓励分餐、推广公筷公勺。按照“非必要不举办”原则，倡导“红事缓办、白事简办、宴会不办”。确需举办50人以上宴会活动的，请提前3天向所在社区（村）报备，配合酒店落实不聚集观礼、隔桌就餐、隔位相坐等要求。倡导家庭聚餐聚会不超过10人。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;"> <strong>五、加强个人防护。</strong>请您继续保持“戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、少聚集、两米线”等良好生活习惯，如出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛、胸闷、乏力、腹泻等症状，请您立即就近到指定医疗机构就诊，如实告知个人旅居史、接触史等流行病学史，就诊过程中做好佩戴口罩等个人防护措施，避免搭乘公共交通工具。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;
