170);'><strong>恩施市在城区区域核酸检测中发现4例新冠肺炎核酸检测阳性人员。</strong></span>为进一步减少人员流动，降低交叉感染风险，经专家组研判，市疫情防控指挥部决定，<span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>自9月7日22时起对恩施市城区（舞阳坝街道、小渡船街道、六角亭街道、金子坝街道、七里坪街道行政区域）实施临时管控措施。</strong></span>现将有关事项通告如下：</p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>一、非必要不外出，减少人员流动。</span></strong>临时管控期间非必要不进入恩施市城区。所有人员坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、不聚集。</p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>二、严控人员聚集。</span></strong>停办各类聚集活动，不举办大型会议、各类线下培训，暂停文艺演出、广场舞等群体性活动，实行“喜事缓办、丧事简办、宴会不办”。学校（在校学生实行封闭管理）、幼儿园、教培机构暂停线下教学；宗教活动场所、旅游景点等暂停开放。</p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 170);'><strong>三、医院、药店、保供超市继续营业。</strong></span>公共娱乐场所（KTV、酒吧、剧本杀、密室逃脱、电影院、剧院、棋牌室、麻将馆、网吧等）、个体诊所及农贸市场暂停营业。高校、寄宿制中小学校、福利院、养老机构、精神卫生机构、监所等特殊场所实行封闭管理。各餐饮单位暂停堂食，在满足疫情防控要求的前提下可提供外卖订餐，实施“无接触式”配送服务。</p><p 170);'><strong>四、实施临时交通管制。</strong></span>除疫情防控、医疗救护、紧急送医、消防救援、警务、民生保障、应急物资运输等车辆外，其他车辆一律禁止上路通行。</p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;text-indent:
