怎么参与？业委会形同虚设 先研究怎么规范物业服务意识，再谈业主不交物业费用问题。相信绝大部分业主，在物业服务好的情况下，会及时足额缴交物业费。 还是私房好，没有物业管还不是照样能过，一大个小区的高楼大厦本来就不宜居，与其说物业怎么样还不如搞规规矩矩的让私房能重建 支持取消物业！ 业委会成立过程中层层受阻，物业连同社区故意阻挠 就是要掏你的包 业主委员会选举权都剥夺了，还谈后面的有意义吗？ 影响征信这不是耍流氓吗 首先是社区不作为，业主委员会应该怎么选举产生业主根本不知情，我的知情权、投票权都可以被社区忽略？谈何管理？
