现在先抛开根本原因不谈，谈谈直接原因吧。有两点。一，当事人自身的身体原因。二，工作原因，包含工作环境、工作时间、工作环境等。两个直接原因直接导致了当事人中暑倒地受伤。
再看看法院的判决吧，言下之意：直接原因就一个，当事人身体太差，自己中暑怪不得别人，判个20%就打发得了。李佳琪说的好，别人没中暑，就你中暑了，多找找自己原因。
法院无视根本原因，忽视直接原因中的工作原因，简单粗暴判决。
可怕的是，中级法院还驳回了。
