狗子追着人咬，狗主人居然不管，还在旁边高兴的很？？所以就让人很恼火！ 花费三千块索赔五千块卧槽，这碰瓷碰的 司机没受到惊吓吧，要是受到惊吓再不敢开车了，怎么办？支持赔偿受害人精神损失费。
