我开始也是这样认为的，结果不是，可能领导们平时开支太大了，没有预算给祖国的花朵们装空调。

安排近600万元专项资金，为全市城区所有公办学校、乡镇永久保留学校1805间教室安装护眼灯。目前安装工作利用节假日有序进行，年底前有望全面完工。
