font-size: 17px; margin-bottom: 10px;'><span style='color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-shadow: none; letter-spacing: 2px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";'><span leaf="">“你之前没有录过指纹，系统识别不出来。”仙桃市公安局优化营商环境办公室负责人潘静正在现场帮助市民办理业务，她领着周锦研来到市民之家的户政办证窗口，请工作人员为他拍照，现场采集指纹，很快完成了换领申请。“预计7天左右就能寄送到你填写的地址。”潘静告诉周锦研。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.23529em;
