规范交通秩序不能靠文件和广播。
看看我们大街上不少不挂牌照的摩托车逆向行驶，就不要说电动车了。
当然，我们交通秩序乱绝不是哪一家的问题，电动车摩托车没有专用的道，路权也不明确，
停车位大量占非机动车道（也有历史问题，社会发展太快，看看南城就好很多），
路基旁边人行道上到处都停着车，行人求方便就到路上马上上走。
只能说大家都要为自己方便，又没有各自的路权和严格管理，所以就成我们看到的样子。
老百姓猜，今天这个路口应该没有人值勤或者不较真，那就闯一下，哪天抓住哪天再说呗，你只有常态严格执法，大家就不报侥幸了。
虽然说有些硬件和规划确实赶不上时代，我觉得该严格的就要不带一点弹性。
本着希望交通秩序变好，家人外出不用为这事担心的想法发表建议。
