color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 为防范新冠病毒“物传人”的风险，切实保障人民群众生命健康安全，现就加强我市进口物品和高风险货物疫情防控工作相关事宜通告如下：</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 1、凡在我市生产、经营、加工、使用进口物品和国内中高风险地区来仙货物(包括进口原辅材料、设备、零配件、水果、奶粉、红酒、药品、农副产品等)的各类市场主体(包括各类企业、个体工商户、农业新型经营主体等)必须在2022年4月3日前向属地疫情防控指挥部主动报备，4月3日后新增的市场主体实行新增即上报，不得瞒报、不报、少报、迟报。在每批次进口货物和高风险货物抵仙前1天向属地疫情防控指挥部提前报备。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 2、各类市场主体必须第一时间对抵仙的<strong>进口物品和高风险货物外包装</strong>，按照新冠病毒疫情防控技术指南的相关规定进行预防性消杀，严禁开(拆)箱。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 3、各属地疫情防控指挥部要组织专业人员对进口物品和高风险货物<strong>内外包装进行核酸检测抽检</strong>。在物品或货物核酸检测结果为阴性之前，各类市场主体禁止转运、生产、加工、使用或销售进口物品和高风险货物。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 18px;
